Ingredients
- 2 Cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Soy Sauce (we used low sodium)
- 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 16oz Cape Cod Select Frozen Cranberries (1 bag)
- 2lbs Simek’s Meatballs (we used Turkey but great with Beef as well!)

- In a medium sized pot bring all ingredients (except meatballs) to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes or until cranberries start to pop.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Set your slow cooker to high and add 2lbs of meatballs.
- Pour Cranberry Sweet and Sour Sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat.
- Let slow cooker cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours stirring occasionally.
- Once meatballs are heated through they’re ready to serve.
