- 2 Cups Cape Code Frozen Cranberries
- 1 Stick of Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon

- Pop open your croissants and do not unroll, leave them whole and form a little cup shape in each one.
- Combine cranberries, sugar, brown sugar and lemon juice. Place your cranberry mixture in a pot and bring to a broil. Smash the cranberries to get the thickness you desire. I left some whole and smashed others completely.
- While the cranberries are cooking whip you cream cheese, once your cream cheese is soft, fill your croissants cups about 3/4 of the way.
- Take your cranberries and top off the cream cheese filled croissants and bake in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes.
