- 2 Cups Cape Cod Select Premium Frozen Cranberries
- 1 Cup Pears, Diced
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, Divided
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Almonds, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 6 Tsp Butter, Melted

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the frozen cranberries, pears, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and salt. Mix well and pour into baking dish.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, chopped almonds, rolled oats, flour, nutmeg, and butter. Mix well and pour over cranberry mixture that is already in baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream as a delicious dessert or without ice cream and enjoy it for breakfast.
Another option is serving it cool over plain or vanilla yogurt.
