Cranberry Chutney

This recipe is ideal to make during the holidays but can be made all year long! Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cape Cod Select Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Large Tart Apple, Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cloves

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepot.
  2. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until apple is tender and mixture thickens.
  4. Transfer chutney into a sealable container and allow to cool before placing in the fridge.
  5. Chutney will keep for two weeks in fridge.
