- 1 Can Of Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 Tsp Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/3 Cup Cape Cod Select Frozen Cranberries
- 1 Stock Cup Dissolved In 2 1/2 Cups Hot Water
- 1 Cup Of Rice

Directions
- In a saucepan, roast mushrooms and garlic over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan dissolve 1 stock cup in hot water (2 1/2 cups water)
- In a small bowl, smash cranberries.
- Add all ingredients into a bread maker and set it to the jam function.
- Cook for 40 minutes or until risotto is cooked.
Notes
Serve hot, garnish with more frozen cranberries if you would like.
