Brie with Cranberry Chutney

When asked "what do you put it on?" referring to our Cranberry Chutney, our first response is always brie! It's so simple and really is the perfect pair. You can pour it over as is, or bake the brie first for a tasty gooey dip. This recipe, as you can see is very simple so it is a great appetizer to bring to a gathering and won't take you long to prepare but everyone will love it!

Notes

  • If you’d like to make your own chutney from scratch you can follow our recipe here. It is a tad different than our jarred recipe (the jarred does not have apple in it, but you can decide if you want the apple or not!)
  • Keep brie as is, or pop in the oven before topping with chutney and other ingredients for a melted version. Amazing either way!
