- Blend 1 cup Cape Cod Select Blueberry Blend, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, water, and honey until smooth. Add water as needed. Keep mixture thick.
- Pour smoothie mixture into 1 big bowl or two smaller bowls.
- Top with fruit, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter.

- Helpful Hint: warm almond butter in microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth and liquid like, then drizzle over smoothie bowls.
