Ingredients
Homemade Cranberry Juice (Makes enough for 4 cocktails)
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
- Blood Orange Slices
Margarita
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- .5 oz Grand Marnier
- 2 oz Homemade Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- Fresh Lime and additional Frozen Cranberries and Blood Orange slice for Garnish

Homemade Cranberry Juice
- Bring water, cranberries, and blood orange slices to a boil and then let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mash the cranberries to release as much juice as possible.
- Remove from heat and strain pulp from juice. (Save the pulp for a quick cranberry sauce).
- Add stevia (or other natural sweetener) to sweeten the juice and pour into a mason jar for storage.
Margarita
- Rim cocktail glass with lime juice and dip in sugar (optional but yummy!)
- Add tequila, grand marnier, homemade cranberry blood orange juice, lime juice and ice to a shaker and shake well.
- Pour shaker contents into glass and garnish with lime, frozen cranberries, and blood orange slices.
